Cep Passes Solidàries is back.
This year we join the Sant Joan de Deu’s Emergency Campaign in Ucraïna. Every day more and more people are fleeing the conflict in Ukraine and need to cover their most basic needs.
After the success of the first four editions, where more than 300 people participated and more than 7,000 euros were collected, we organize again our solidarity walk through the vineyards!
It is about walking 6 kilometers through the vineyards of the winery. In the company of family and friends you will be able to visit the vineyards of Clot del Roure and Can Prats. An expert will explain the origin of the soils, you will learn about the flora and fauna and the work in the vineyard.
On the way there will be a stop where we will have lunch, taste cava and wine and finish with a dinner among the vineyards at Vins El Cep.
This experience will be transformed into support (50% of the proceeds) for the Sant Joan de Deu Emergency Campaign in Ucraïna, which was born with the aim of helping and accompanying those who need it most.
This edition will be destined to give support to the new needs generated by the War of Uraïna. Currently, the Hospital Order of Sant Joan de Déu, with international presence, attends these refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine through 9 social and health centers of the Germans located in Poland (8) and Ukraine (1).
Specifically, more than 126 refugees are being sheltered and accompanied and 57 people are being offered free health care in various hospitals of the Order. Every day more and more people are in need of medical support, food and shelter, and it is expected that in the coming days the number will continue to increase.
50% of everything that is collected will be donated to support this cause.
CEP PASSES SOLIDÀRIES is more than a walk, it is a commitment to those who need it most.
