The visit begins in the holm oak forest, where you’ll explore our biodynamic and organic vineyards. We’ll observe the differences between old and young vines and take in the unique surrounding landscape. The tour continues to the winery and the cellar, where you’ll see the tanks, wine barrels, and riddling racks — all helping us explain the winemaking and cava production process. A journey full of history and passion for viticulture that will deepen your appreciation for every sip you taste.

Back at the 15th-century farmhouse, Can Llopart de les Alzines, you’ll enjoy a tasting of our Estate-grown and bottled wines and cavas, (at Vins El Cep we’re also Certified Integral Producers!) paired in this occasion with Camins del Nord artisan cheeses.
