An experience designed to slow down, reconnect body and mind, move consciously and then share a healthy breakfast paired with wines from the winery.<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83e\uddd8\u200d\u2640\ufe0f <strong>Hatha Dynamic Yoga with Rosalia Zanon<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Session led by Rosalia Zanon, dancer, teacher and performing arts creator.<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of the National Institute of Arts in General Roca (Argentina), she obtained her degree in classical and contemporary dance teaching in 2010. Her background brings a sensitive, fluid and mindful approach to movement.<br \/>\nHatha Dynamic Yoga is based on movement sequences combined with conscious breathing to help find balance between mind and body.
