Would you like to live an authentic experience and discover the potential of Xarel\u00b7lo?<\/p>\n

Xarel\u00b7lo is the autochthonous variety par excellence of the Pened\u00e8s and also the most complete. In this tasting you will be able to learn about the 6 different production methods that we at Vins el Cep use with this variety. You will discover the range of possibilities depending on how we elaborate it.<\/p>\n

What will we taste?<\/p>\n

– P\u00e8t-Nato XRL-L (Ancestral Method)<\/p>\n

– Ot de Vins el Cep Xarel\u00b7lo (Without ageing)<\/p>\n

– GR5 SENDERS Xarel\u00b7lo (Medium Crianza)<\/p>\n

– Pla del Bosc Xarel\u00b7lo Vermell (Aged with concrete egg)<\/p>\n

– Clot del Roure Xarel\u00b7lo (Aged in oak barrels)<\/p>\n

– Clot del Roure Brisat Xarel\u00b7lo (Maceration with skins and ageing with oak).<\/p>\n
